Oral cavity hygiene

Teeth and gum diseases are caused by bacteria. Their prevention and treatment consists in their elimination and then the restoration of lost tissues. Bacteria gather in the least accessible places which are often omitted during everyday tooth brushing.

Our dental hygienists' task is to clean the teeth thoroughly by means of an ultrasound device, then to sand them with a special powder, clean with abrasive strips, polish with a rubber tip and finally coat with a protective varnish.

The dental hygienists also inform patients how to take care of teeth at home. Every patient is given a toothbrush, toothpaste and auxiliary instruments necessary for maintaining ideal hygiene of the oral cavity.
